A twelve-month program to open $23.0M of net-new enterprise pipeline for Kyndryl across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam.
Pursuit Marketing works inside the deal: intelligence, content, alliances, labs. The gap is the buyer: getting the CIO and CISO of a target account into a room before the RFP.
Every integrator runs the same outbound: AI-written InMails, webinar invites, dinners that are really pitches. It doesn't land. A peer-led room does.
NO BS convenes senior infrastructure, security and technology leaders from your target accounts in small rooms co-hosted with Kyndryl, then converts them into named 1-on-1s and CRM opportunities. A dedicated APAC lane that feeds your field marketers and deal teams.

The fundamentals
The program at a glance
What you get
Target list. Named CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and IT and infrastructure heads, director and above, at 5,000+ employee firms in Kyndryl's core verticals. Your must-win accounts first.
The access. Senior, in-person rooms co-led by Kyndryl and NO BS on agentic modernization, cyber resilience and hybrid multicloud.
Meetings. Qualified 1-on-1s, tracked by name and stage in your CRM.
Reporting. A live dashboard of all activity, plus weekly progress meetings.
Why it works
Warm start. We already run this exact senior enterprise and technical-buyer motion regularly, so we hit the ground running.
The model. Give before you take: senior access peers can't reach on their own.
Validated. Proven with senior enterprise and technology leaders across the region, see the proof.
Conversion. 70% of participants to 1-on-1s; 40% of those to CRM opportunities.
Scale. 2,569 senior IT leaders across the six priority markets.
Why it's low risk
Cost. $8K per month for twelve months, a predictable, defined line item.
Payback. Kyndryl contracts run multi-year, so first-year ACV is the floor. One projected new customer is ~$1.0M in signed first-year ACV, 10.4× the $96k first-year fee. At a three-year term, ~$3.0M TCV.
Phased. Priority markets first, expandable across the wider region once proven.
Transparent. Every name, stage and week visible, nothing in a black box.
Buyers are slower and more deliberate. The relationship has to exist before the RFP.
A large infrastructure or managed-services decision has a wide committee. The CIO or CTO sets direction, the CISO signs off on risk, the Head of Infrastructure scopes and evaluates. Kyndryl's own read on its Q4 FY26 call: buyers are "increasingly thoughtful and deliberate."
Pursuit teams go deep once a deal is live. Building those senior relationships earlier, across six markets, is the part nobody has bandwidth for.
Why are these rooms hard to reach?
Every integrator is chasing the same CIO
Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HCL, DXC, Capgemini and every hyperscaler partner team run the same outbound at the same senior buyer. Another sequence does not land.
Everyone sells AI-led modernization
"Every customer conversation right now is focused on agentic AI," Kyndryl said on its Q4 FY26 call. Every integrator is pitching it. A real conversation with a peer cuts through. A deck doesn't.
Pursuit marketing can't also run a senior-relationship program
Your field marketers are embedded in live deals. Building senior technology relationships across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam needs dedicated time and local networks.
Give before you take.
Behind every senior enterprise technology deal that closes in this region is a high-level peer-to-peer relationship. You can't build that relationship by making asks, you need to offer something of value first.
Spearfish in a small elite pond, not hit-and-hope
Decision making in APAC is top heavy. A dozen of the right people in an intimate setting beats a thousand badge scans.
Reach out like a peer
A real message from a real peer, about something they care about. Not InMail, not AI-slop emails, definitely not cold calls.
Time the room to the pursuit
Pursuit milestones, alliance announcements, lab sessions and customer-reference moments are built-in reasons to convene. Time the room around them and the invite carries Kyndryl's momentum, not a cold ask.
Offer something they want, not something you want to give
A real conversation on real issues with real peers. Not whitepapers, webinars or demos.
Share your point of view
Project credibility through your point of view, told through stories, experience and insight. No slide decks.
Earn the 1-on-1, never demand it
You've built credibility, authority and goodwill before your ask. The follow-up is more organic and more to-the-point because they already know and respect your point of view.
This isn't theoretical. We convene the exact senior rooms, then convert them.
Our playbook is seat-agnostic: convene the senior people you need to reach into a room they actually want to be in, then convert. Here is that motion working across clients, industries and geographies, including with founders and CTOs on a technical product. It is the same motion we would run for Kyndryl with senior infrastructure, security and technology leaders.

Future of creator marketing lunch in Singapore
Who we did it for: Serious Fluence, a creator-marketing company. We co-hosted the lunch with their CEO, Prem, on the future of creator marketing. See the post on LinkedIn ↗
The ICP in the room: senior leaders (director and above) from named target companies. The mechanic, convene the exact seat you need, then convert, is identical whatever the title on the badge.
Why it maps to Kyndryl: same motion, different seat. A curated senior group from named target companies, in a room they wanted to be in, then converted. For Kyndryl the named companies are your must-win pursuits and the seats are CIOs, CISOs and infrastructure heads.
In the room: peers across consumer brands, platforms and agencies.

Your buyers: senior IT leaders at 5,000+ employee firms, in the verticals Kyndryl sells to, across six priority markets.
One buyer group sits on a large infrastructure or managed-services decision: IT leaders. Three seniority bands, at firms with 5,000+ employees, in the verticals Kyndryl sells to. The C-suite (CIO, CTO, CISO) sets direction and owns the risk. VPs of IT, Infrastructure, Security and Cloud scope and sponsor. Directors and Heads evaluate and recommend. Non-overlapping bands, so they sum cleanly.

Methodology. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, October 2026. Current-title match (CIO, CTO, CISO; VP/SVP and Director/Head of IT, Infrastructure, Information Security, Cloud, Technology, Cybersecurity) plus Information Technology function, seniority level and 5,000+ employee companies. Industries: banking, financial services, insurance, telecom, aviation, energy, utilities, manufacturing, government, healthcare, retail, logistics, automotive, chemicals, pharma, hospitality. Technology vendors and consultancies are excluded by design. All figures are exact Sales Navigator counts. Title matching is fuzzy: a spot check of the first results showed some adjacent roles, so treat the numbers as a ceiling on named buyers. Japan, Korea, China, Australia and New Zealand are out of scope, sequenced separately once the motion is proven. Named, de-duplicated target lists per market are built on kickoff.
Priority markets. Priority 1: Singapore and Malaysia. Priority 2: Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam. We open Priority 1 first, prove the motion, then roll into Priority 2, and, once proven, the wider region.
Where we'd start, and how fast.
2,569 senior IT leaders in Kyndryl's core verticals sit across six priority markets, at 5,000+ employee firms. Here is the sequence.
How we'd phase it across 12 months
Phase 1 (0-3 months): Singapore & Malaysia, the deepest and most accessible senior pool.
Phase 2 (3-8 months): Kick off Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam as a second wave.
Phase 3 (8-12 months): Deepen the priority markets and expand the named account list as results land.
Pursuit track (throughout): when a deal team flags a must-win account in market, we build the room around its buying committee.
Within each phase, the motion:
- Find the right peopleBuild the named list from the ICP and your must-win accounts: the exact CIOs, CISOs and infrastructure heads worth a room.
- Reach out like a peerReal messages from real people to the few who matter, not a sequence tool running on its own.
- Convene the roomSmall, senior, co-hosted sessions on what they care about: agentic modernization, cyber resilience, hybrid multicloud. The kind of room they actually want to be in.
- Earn the 1-on-1Every room converts into named 1-on-1s, and we sit in every meeting that matters.
- Live trackingDashboards on activity, conversion and deal progression in your CRM, so you always see the pipeline.
- Weekly updates with usA standing weekly check-in where we walk the numbers together and agree the next moves.
What the program is worth, in your terms.
NO BS takes full accountability for the top of this funnel. Defaults reflect what we typically see, tuned down for large-deal conversion. Move the sliders to your own numbers to see what this NO BS x Kyndryl collaboration could produce.
Default sliders reflect our working estimate over 12 months: 12 rooms × 8 senior technology leaders is about 96 reached, 80% to a real 1-on-1 (77), 30% of those to a sales opportunity (23), about a 5% win rate on close (1). Enterprise infrastructure deals are large and slow, so we dial conversion down: most of this pipeline closes after month 12. At a $1,000,000 average landed first-year ACV that is $23.0M in pipeline and $1.0M of signed first-year ACV, roughly 10.4× the $96k in first-year fees. The three-year TCV assumes a standard term. Move the sliders to your own numbers.
Operators, not consultants.
Most firms sell you a plan. We are the team that executes it, in the room, from month one.

What we'd need from you.
We can get into a lot more detail from here, but four questions first.
- Do the projected outcomes align with your pursuit and pipeline targets?
- What questions do you have on our approach?
- How big a priority is this for you?
- What budget can you allocate to achieve these outcomes?
